Forget HIIT, Kickboxing and Boot Camp, our High Endurance Athletic Training program offers the best of all of them.  A typical HEAT class encompasses weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This class targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. The workouts will be done with high intensity and high energy. It is designed to promote strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth.  You might even lose some weight along the way! All classes are held at Randolph Fight Center on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15, 12:00 and 2:00. Personal Fitness Training

 I train my clients in what I like to refer to as “every-day life” fitness. I use a variety of styles and methods to help you achieve the strength and mobility you need to navigate life while minimizing injuries that occur when people are not properly conditioned. A typical training sessions starts with a warm up, then the main workout and ends with core. Mobility work is sprinkled in between work sets to allow for maximum use of time. Every session is customized to meet the needs of my clients and are scalable to address current fitness levels and any pre-existing injuries they may have.

Non-refundable fees are paid on the first of the month for upcoming sessions as follows:

$100.00 per hour for “one-off” sessions

$180.00/month (1 session per week) 

$200/month (2 sessions per week),

$240.00/month (3 sessions per week)

​All training sessions are held by appointment only at Randolph Fight Center, 220 Franklin Road, Randolph NJ. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you may have or if you would like to set up a complimentary first session.

To give you a little background about myself; I am a former competitive power lifter and an active martial artist. I have a coaching background with experience in CrossFit, kettlebells, battle ropes, mace ball as well as functional & traditional styles of fitness.

Self-Defense Instruction

It's more important than ever in today's world that women know the basics of self-defense and develop a sense of personal security.

 

I am an experienced martial artists who holds rank in 5 different disciplines. I am also a fully certified Combat Taekwondo Instructor in both P.O.I.N.T. Self-defense and Sparring under Master Andrew Trento (6th Dan and Founder of CTKD).

 

The self-defense style I teach is simple to learn and execute in a live situation. Classes are structured in such a way that techniques are taught in groups of similar attack scenarios and objectives. This allows students to build confidence in themselves and their application through repetition and drills. Different levels of stress are introduced at various points in the training to ensure that students won't "fold under pressure". All classes include a fitness warmup, review of previous material, introduction of new techniques and stress drills. 

Non-refundable fees are paid on the first of the month for upcoming sessions as follows:

Private Lessons $75.00/hour 

Weekly classes $140.00/month (2 classes per week)
